At Sockets & Switches, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returning Products

You may return unused products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused and in their original condition
• Returned in their original packaging
• Complete with all accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Products that have been installed
• Made-to-order or bespoke items
• Products damaged through misuse or incorrect installation

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Our aim is always to make things right, fairly and without unnecessary complications.
